Ingredients

• Espresso — 60 ml
• Tonic water — 150 ml
• Orange — 1 twist

Preparation

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Pour in the tonic water.
3. Slowly add the espresso so the crema sits on top.
4. Garnish with an orange twist if using.
