Ingredients

• Gin — 50 ml
• Apple juice — 75 ml
• Elderflower cordial — 25 ml
• Lime juice — 25 ml
• Cucumber — 1 slice

Preparation

1. Add gin, apple juice, elderflower cordial and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake briefly.
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
