• Prosecco — 90 ml
• Cynar — 60 ml
• Soda water — 30 ml
• Orange — 1 slice

Preparation

1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Add Cynar, then Prosecco, then soda water.
3. Stir once, gently.
4. Garnish with an orange slice.
