Ingredients

• Champagne — top
• Sugar — 1 piece
• Bitters — 2 dash
• Lemon peel — 1 piece
• Cognac — 1 dash

Preparation

1. Add bitters to a sugar cube.
2. Drop the sugar cube into a champagne flute.
3. Add cognac.
4. Pour chilled champagne.
5. Garnish with lemon peel, orange slice, and maraschino cherry.
6. Serve immediately.
