Ingredients

• Vodka — 30 ml
• Lemon juice — 15 ml
• Simple syrup — 15 ml
• Angostura Bitters — 1 dash
• Champagne — 90 ml
• Lemon peel

Preparation

1. Add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and Angostura to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute.
4. Top with Champagne.
5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
