Ingredients

• Rose — 750 ml
• Sugar — 1/2 cup
• Strawberries — 8 oz
• Lemon Juice — 2½ oz

Preparation

1. Freeze rosé in a shallow pan until nearly solid.
2. Prepare strawberry syrup with sugar and water.
3. Scrape frozen rosé into a blender.
4. Add lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and crushed ice.
5. Blend until smooth and slushy.
6. Pour into glasses.
7. Serve immediately.
