Ingredients

• Lemon sorbet — 90 ml
• Vodka — 30 ml
• Prosecco — 90 ml
• Lemon peel — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Chill a mixing bowl and a flute.
2. Add lemon sorbet, vodka and Prosecco to the bowl.
3. Whisk until slushy and frothy. Do not add ice.
4. Pour into the flute and garnish with lemon zest.
