Ingredients

• Galliano — 1/2 oz
• Absolut Citron — 1/2 oz
• Lemon — 1 piece
• Sugar — to-taste
• 151 proof rum

Preparation

1. Mix Galliano and Absolut Citron in a shot glass.
2. Lay a sugar-dusted lemon wedge over the glass.
3. Pour overproof rum over the wedge and glass.
4. Briefly flame the rum.
5. Take the shot and suck the lemon.
6. Serve immediately.
