Ingredients

• Bitters — 3 dash
• Water — 1 tsp
• Sugar — 1 piece
• Bourbon — 3 oz
• Orange — 1 piece
• Maraschino cherry — 1 piece

Preparation

1. Muddle bitters and water into a sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass.
2. Add ice until the glass is almost full.
3. Pour bourbon.
4. Stir well.
5. Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.
6. Serve immediately.
