Ingredients

• Amaretto — 1½ oz
• Lemon — 22 ml
• Ice
• Maraschino cherry

Preparation

1. Prepare a sugar rim on an old fashioned glass using a lemon wedge.
2. Add amaretto and fresh lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake until well chilled.
4. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
